Chia pudding is one of those things I really disliked the first time I made it. Yours too? Don't be afraid and just try this recipe!

For 2 big portions you'll need
1 ripe banana
400 gr of frozen fruit
200 mL water
170 gr chia seeds
200 mL yoghurt
Optional: any toppings you like
Appliances you need
Stick mixer/ hand blender or a Blender
How to make it
Pop your banana and frozen fruit in a blender together with 200mL of water. Blend until it is smooth.
Add the honey to taste and then add the chia seeds. Stir well.
Divide over 2 containers or glasses, cover with clingfilm and let set overnight in the fridge.
Top with yoghurt and any other toppings you like, I recommend chocolate granola or cereal!
? Do you want to make a vegan chia pudding? Use plant based yoghurt and substitute the honey with maple syrup/ agave nectar/ any sweetener you like.
? Want to make fancy layers? Make a small amount of white chia pudding by combining 50 mL of plant based milk with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and sweetener of choice. Stir well, cover and let it set overnight in the fridge. Stir it in the morning and put it on top of your berry chia pudding.
And, what did you think? I hope you liked it as much as I do, let me know.
