Apricot Pan Granola

You can make pan granola all sorts of ways. This time I used apricot jam for flavouring and it is such an easy quick hack.

For 2-3 portions you'll need

  • 90 gr of rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon of neutral oil (like sunflower oil)

  • 1 tablespoon of apricot jam/ confiture

  • 1 tablespoon of agave nectar

  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Appliances you need

  • Frying pan

  • Stove

How to make it

  1. Pop everything into a non- stick frying pan and heat on medium- high.

  2. Stir every now and then, but also give it a chance to caramelise.

  3. While it is baking grab a cooling rack lined with baking paper.

  4. When the oats are golden brown, dump it onto the rack. Press down a little with a spoon or your stirring utensil from before.

  5. Let it cool and break down into pieces.

Serve this one with yoghurt through which you have stirred a tablespoon of the jam and some fresh blueberries.
