For the minor Graphic Design we had to form a design company. Together with Maaike van Oss, Janiek Bont, Eva Vonk and Pedro Muriel- Eduayen we formed Studio Cinco. A multidisciplinary group of Graphic Designers.

Because all of our backgrounds were so different we wanted to emphasise this. For the realisation we were inspired by a mural of Bas van Beek we saw in the Van Abbe museum. His mural seems like regular wallpaper, but when viewed in detail you can find all of Donald Judds red striped artworks.

We all chose a shape and colour which suited our personality. We then merged these shapes into a logo. The logo also represents a rooster, making the logo easier to remember and recognise for clients.

I also made this animation so we could visualise how our logo comes together
